Interlocking Squares

My husband’s day off was yesterday, so I left work a little early so we could head over to our favorite movie theater which is about an hour away. We went to see Inception. Wow! – that was a great mind twister. This movie totally rocks.

After the movie we headed over to get ice cream from Marble Slab. Then off to Border Books. They have the best coupons with their border rewards cards. We decided to go back and see the Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Very fun and entertaining movie. I’ll definitely buy when it comes out on DVD. Honestly, I think the critics are way to hard on this one.

My husband and I decided to go to the movies this past weekend. We like Johnny Depp and definitely wanted to see what Tim Burton came up with. We liked the movie. We like color and graphics and this has both. If your expecting a remake of the original story, you might be disappointed. The plot is lacking somewhat but it was entertaining.

I’m hooked! I can’t believe it. But in one week I am now reading book 4 in this series. I haven’t gotten anything done at home. Luckily Mr. Nice Guy has been busy in the evenings so he hasn’t noticed my nose is always in a book. I would never have guessed I would like this serious so much. I wasn’t as impressed with book 2, New Moon. But book 3 Eclipse – it rocked! So, today I’m starting book 4.

I watched the Twilight movie this week. I was somewhat disappointed. In my opinion, it was a let down after reading the book. But I guess I felt that way after some of the Harry Potter movies. I really had no desire to see New Moon. But after reading everyone’s reviews this weekend, I’ll probably end up in the theater.
